Newsletter 83 - April 2008

Dear Members

Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine and the lovely weather. As many of you may be in the process of planning your summer vacation, we want to make sure that we are ‘in your books’ before you go away – please be reminded of the Bi-Centennial celebration of our Foundress coming up in September!!

Annual General Meeting

Firstly, another year has ended with our AGM held on May 31, 2008. Attendance was rather lower than in previous years. On the other hand, Theresa Ko-Cheung’s presentation on ‘Healthy Eating’ has been very informative and timely. The food was delicious and plentiful. The evening was as always most enjoyable for those who were able to find the time to attend.
